He was funny and a good speaker, but he preached, and preached. His first preach was about a perfect "Hucktown" where there is no crime, just a couple of prison beds for the tourists who wander in breaking the law. He also mentioned Romney, and how the man next to him on a plane thought he was Romney. Actually, he shared a lot of stories of mistaken identity. The only thing missing from his speech was Dr. Paul's turn.

Charleston, Arkansas in 2002. We were bicycling across the country, passing through Arkansas (from Petit Jean to Fort Smith). Our group was about to stop at a gas station for something to drink, but someone shouted from across the street, "Hey, you'all want something to drink?"
We were sweaty and smelly, but these kind people invited us into their house (the family's father was a state representative). They were hosting a fundraising party for Governor Mike Huckabee's 2002 campaign. Governor Huckabee arrived minutes later, and was very generous with his time. I want to extend my sincere thanks (again) to our hosts, to the residents of Charlestown, Arkansas, and to Governor Huckabee and his staff for all their hospitality.

Why, oh why, does Hasbro's new Raiders Of The Lost Ark action figure look absolutely nothing like Indiana Jones, but rather bears a striking resemblance to batshit-crazy former Presidential candidate and douchebag extraordinaire Mike Huckabee?

This CNN graphic may look nice and clean, but is it also a subtle statement on what politics has become? As election infographics go, this has to be the worst possible representation of a candidate's progress securing delegates.
If only the UI had better labels for the datapoints...

No shit, an actual Huckabee sign. Seems some of the fundies are none too pleased by John McCain. Although they're slaves enough to teh GOP, they'll still vote for him.
